What is ZMAN Developers?
ZMAN developers is a group of Highly skilled 3D artists that specialize in aviation models they have hundreds of aircraft models to choose from. I am Working with them to be able to sell you guys the harrier models and will continue to work with them to add more military aircraft to the people who want them!
What kind of products do you sell?
I offer a range of items, including custom 3D-printed pieces, handcrafted goods, aviation-inspired accessories, and other original creations. Everything is made or curated by me.
Can I submit my own design for 3D printing?
Yes, as long as you own the rights to the design and it doesn't include anything obscene, graphically violent, or offensive. I reserve the right to decline any request that goes against my standards.
What file types do you accept for custom printing?
I accept STL, OBJ, and 3MF file formats. If you're unsure whether your file works, feel free to send it over and I’ll confirm.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production and fulfillment times vary based on the item. For most custom prints and made-to-order pieces, turnaround time is around 4-6 weeks. I’ll always communicate an estimated timeline if the order is going to take longer than that. Please See the updates and news section for any updates.
Why is shipping more expensive than on Amazon?
Because I operate independently, I don’t have access to the discounted shipping rates that platforms like Amazon receive from carriers. Shipping costs are based on the actual size, weight, and destination of your order. I’m always working to keep those costs as reasonable and efficient as possible while ensuring your items arrive safely and securely.
Do you ship internationally?
No—I currently only ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S., feel free to reach out, and I can let you know if that changes in the future.
Why is sales tax only applied to North Carolina orders?
At this time, I only collect sales tax for orders shipped to addresses in North Carolina, where I’m based. I do not have sales tax nexus in other states, which means it's up to the buyer in those states to report any applicable use tax in accordance with local laws.
What shipping options do you offer?
I ship via reliable carriers and offer tracked shipping whenever possible. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. If you're local to eastern North Carolina and need something special, feel free to contact me.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Due to the custom nature of most items, I don’t accept cancellations once production has begun. If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with the order, contact me within 7 days and I’ll do my best to resolve it.
Do you offer design help for 3D printing?
I don’t currently provide full design help services, but I’m happy to review files and offer basic guidance or small adjustments if needed to make sure the model prints successfully.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. I collect only what’s necessary to fulfill your order and communicate with you. Your information is never sold. You can learn more in my Privacy Policy.
