Welcome to Molten Magnolia 3D! By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. I’m a one-person shop, so every product you see here has my full attention—from design to shipping.

1. What I Offer

I provide:

  • Original creations across a range of themes and categories

  • Custom 3D printing services using files or ideas submitted by you

  • Shipping of physical products made or curated by me

Each item is made with care, creativity, and a commitment to quality.

2. Submitting Designs for 3D Printing

When you submit files for custom printing:

  • You must own or have permission to use the files

  • You may not submit anything obscene, hateful, graphically violent, or otherwise inappropriate

  • I reserve the right to decline any print request, especially if it goes against my values or community standards

I aim to keep my workspace respectful and welcoming for everyone.

3. Production & Shipping

I’ll do my best to:

  • Provide accurate lead times based on the complexity of your order

  • Package and ship your items securely

  • Offer tracking info and reasonable shipping options at checkout

Shipping costs and timelines will vary depending on your location and order details.

4. Payment

All prices are listed in $USD and are subject to change. Payment is due at checkout using secure, trusted methods.

5. Refunds & Returns

Because many items are made-to-order, I can’t accept cancellations once production begins. That said:

  • If there’s damage or an issue with your order, let me know within 7 days of delivery.

  • If it’s something on my end, I’ll do everything I can to make it right.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, original products and content on this site are my property. Custom designs you submit stay yours—I only keep them temporarily for production purposes. If I like the design however I will be willing to work with you for rights and or royalties.

7. Appropriate Use

Please don’t use this site or my services to:

  • Upload or request unlawful or harmful content

  • Pretend to be someone you’re not

  • Submit malicious files or interfere with the site

If I feel something crosses a line, I may cancel your order or restrict access to my services.
